What you Need to Know:
Responsible for all tasks associated with the entry and maintenance of equipment files using the computerized maintenance management system. Maintain electronic and hard copy records. Provide support development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal State and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for computerized maintenance management system including all electronic entry and physical documents relating to accurate and timely entry of all equipment equipment files archive and retrieve records. Generate distribute reconcile and analyze in the development of management reports regarding statistical process the status and completion of all work as subject matter expert for computerized maintenance management system.
Initiate corrective and preventative maintenance work orders and distribute to appropriate for preventive maintenance and adjust PM masters for individual pieces of equipment. Responsible for approval process for new and existing equipment
Develop documents in support of equipment management include: qualification protocols job plans and procedural documents.
Provide training and mentoring.
May perform limited equipment maintenance other related duties as necessary to support organizational regional and departmental business and quality goals.
Standard Schedule: $ 28 an hour
Pay Information: Mon - Friday 8:30 - 5pm some weekends will be required as needed.
