Pay Rate/Range: $20/hr
Description: A reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician is needed to support a multi-unit senior living facility. This role is responsible for general building maintenance and repairs including vinyl flooring installation and repair replacing electrical outlets and switches installing new fixtures basic plumbing and carpentry tasks painting and preventative maintenance throughout the property. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential or commercial maintenance strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for senior residents. Professionalism responsiveness and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential.
Job Requirements: Candidates should have prior experience in property or facilities maintenance with a background in HUD or Kansas Housing strongly preferred. Experience maintaining multi-unit apartment communities is highly desirable. The ideal applicant will possess working knowledge of general repairs vinyl flooring basic electrical and plumbing fixture installation and preventative maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently are essential. Reliability professionalism and a commitment to maintaining a safe and well-kept environment for residents are required.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm on call every other weekend
