The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Working on HR-related inquiries from J&J employees via web form chat and phone (limited number of calls) clarifying the need answering the questions andassistingin the resolution of problems
Investigating issues and findingtimelysolutions
Detailing all cases in our case management application (Salesforce Lightning)
Transferring complex transactions to Specialist Teams
Discussing employee service issues with manager and advisors

0 - 2 years of relevant work experience (e.g.customer service)

Fluent/C1 level ofGermanand English(isa must)
Bachelors Degree
Excellent customer service skills
