Transportation & Carrier Coordination
- Manage relationships with freight carriers and forwarders
- Negotiate shipping terms and monitor freight costs
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Oversee use of company delivery vehicle
Continuous Improvement
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Improve shipping lead times
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow
- Implement Lean logistics practices

- Review incoming and outgoing shipment schedule

Receiving
- Supervise unloading and inspection of deliveries
- Verify purchase orders certifications and quantities

- Ensure proper storage and ERP updates
Shipping
- Review outgoing shipments for accuracy

- Confirm required documentation is complete
