Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

Degree/Education: Diploma of LPN or LVN from and accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) approved program.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Continuously employed in the practice of an LPN/L VN for 1 year in the last three years prior to start of work at the MTF.
Clinic experience is desirable.
Licensure/Registration: Current full active and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse
