YOUR MISSION

As an Account Manager you will be a Business Growth Catalyst. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships to maximize revenue growth improve partner profitability and elevate the user experience. You will take full ownership of your portfolio working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

The Journey

  • Build and nurture strong trust-based relationships with Glovos partners focusing on long-term collaboration and business growth.
  • Proactively identify partner needs challenges and opportunities providing tailored solutions to enhance performance.
  • Analyze partner data to develop and implement customized strategies for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead negotiations for contractual terms including commissions promotional campaigns and exclusivity agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations tech) to address challenges drive initiatives and optimize processes.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs such as GMV growth operational performance and user satisfaction using reporting tools to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Design and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) to align on shared goals and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Proactively engage churned or inactive partners implementing strategies to re-engage and retain them.

What Youll Bring to the Ride

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management business development or a similar role in high-performance environments.
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken); additional language knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and strong proficiency in Google Sheets Excel and data analysis platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and drive value for all parties involved.
  • An analytical problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and propose actionable strategies.
  • Proactivity adaptability and resilience in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive and empathetic approach.
  • A growth mindset and curiosity with a passion for learning and finding innovative solutions.
  • Ownership mentality consistently delivering on objectives with autonomy and accountability.

Main KPIs

  • Partner growth in GMV and orders.
  • Percentage of partner-funded promotional orders.
  • Revenue generated from monetized assets.
  • Operational KPIs affecting user experience (e.g. cancellations incorrect orders).
  • Retention and reactivation rates for churned or inactive partners.

Main Areas of Contact

  • Local teams: marketing operations finance sales partner support and content management.
  • External: partner decision-makers operational managers and marketing stakeholders.
