Under the direction of the primary care operations team the Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe timely effective efficient equitable patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Nurse will partner with patients providers and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel.Position Details:

Mercy Clinic Manchester

Ballwin MO 63011
Schedule: Monday Friday 0800-1630
No nights weekends or holidays!
**Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work-from-home schedule; Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings **
Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete.
LPN Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing
Licensure: Active LPN license
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred
RN Qualifications:
Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing Graduation from registered nursing program bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelors degree
Licensure: Active RN license
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred
Highly Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Epic EMR system
Timely and thorough patient triage skills
Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work)
Excellent time management and prioritization
Adaptability in a new and changing environment
