Formarás parte del equipo de Client Care Service participando en gestión integral del proyecto desde la fase de estudio como de ejecución reportando al Director de Departamento asegurando que se ofrecen los más altos estándares de calidad y colaborando en la consecución de los objetivos de la Compañía de forma que desarrollarás las siguientes funciones:
Relación directa con Clientes
Visitas técnicas a inmuebles para toma de datos.
Gestión global de diseño
Formalización de presupuestos.
Gestionarás la calidad de los procedimientos así como la calidad de los materiales y los acabados en obra.
Gestion de subcontratación control de costes planificación cierres económicos con cliente y proveedor
Colaborarás en la petición gestión y análisis de las ofertas requeridas a los diferentes proveedores así como en el análisis de los comparativos.
Elaborarás documentación necesaria en la vida del proyecto: mediciones planfiicaciones control economico actas doc as built etc

Se parece a ti
Tienes titulación Universitaria de Arquitectura / Arquit. Técnico o Ingeniería/Ing. Técnica
Tienes conocimiento y experiencia en el sector de la construcción
Tienes alrededor de 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares en el sector oficinas
Manejas herramientas de paquete office Presto MS-Project AutoCAD y Revit
Tienes un nivel alto de inglés
Eres una persona con autonomía proactividad capacidad de trabajo en equipo organizada comprometida y con interés en ayudar a impulsar el proyecto corporativo
