As a Manufacturing Engineer you are responsible for developing and maintaining methods operating sequences and processes in the fabrication of parts components subassemblies and final work closely with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and new products and youll use engineering principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs improve product quality determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements. Your expertise in lean principles automation and continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving higher levels of productivity and cost-effectiveness. Youll develop and use test procedures evaluate test results and assess work methods procedures and policies to identify root cause issues and solutions that ensure operational success.Job Responsibilities
1. Electrical Control & Automation System Design
- Contribute to the design optimization and improvement of electrical and control systems.
- Develop and maintain electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Utilize electrical design tools such as AutoCAD EPLAN or equivalent software proficiently.
2. SOP Development & Documentation
- Develop maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for electrical assembly calibration and testing processes.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate clear and compliant with engineering and quality standards.
3. Automation Integration and Smart Factory Projects
- Engage in automation system integration projects including IoT Sensors PLC Robotic Arm Auto-Optical Inspection and AMR systems.
- Support smart factory initiatives and collaborate on cross-functional automation projects.
Preferred Qualification(Plus)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python.
- Experience or academic projects involving AI / Machine Learning.
- Practical experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT systems.
Resume / Portfolio Requirements (Preferred)
- Samples of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Demonstrated experience or a portfolio showcasing automation system integration projects.
- Experience using AI or generative AI tools to support engineering research design review or technical documentation.
- Strong self-learning mindset with the ability to rapidly adapt to new technology challenges.
