Our internship program is a full-time 10-week experience running fromJune 4 through August 14 2026.Applicants must be based in the Chicago area for the duration of the program toparticipatein our hybrid work environment at our downtown headquarters. Candidates should currently be pursuing a bachelors degree or higher with an expected graduation date ofWinter 2026 or Spring 2027.

What to expect during your internship:

• Onboarding Training:Our onboarding program sets you up for success from day one. You will learn about our missionproductsand services and most importantly our people so you feel confident and ready to contribute.

• Meaningful Work:You will receive a challenging project to complete during your internship. The project will give you a running start into the exciting worldofsoftware that is positivelyimpactingsome of our nations most critical industries. We hope this experience inspires you to pursue a career doing meaningful high-impact the summer is over you will present your work to our Executive Leadership Team.

• Networking & Development:You will haveample opportunitiesto build connections across the business through weekly intern lunch and learns one-on-one coffee chats and cross-functional exposure. You will be paired with an onboarding buddy and have access to a mentor who volunteeredto support your growth throughout the summer. You will also have access to LinkedIn Learning during the programand a resume workshop withourrecruiters!

• Culture:Throughout the summer we host monthly in-person lunches happy hours and a dedicated intern outing to help you build strong relationships with your fellow internsandmanagers. When you are in the office enjoy our hybrid downtown Chicago environment stocked with snacks coffee cold beverages and fresh fruit.

Howyoullmake an impactduring your internship:

• We are looking for someone who loves data andmakingsense of complex information. You will be working with a large robust data set to solve problems and answer questions.

• Work with a team of data scientists and healthcare industry experts

• Create a custom GPT in ChatGPT that will act as a proof of concept to map standardized hospital accounts

• Perform analytical tasks on vast amounts of structured data to extract actionable business insightsin SQL

• Prepare statistical analyses ofmodel accuracy and other data

• Write up analyses and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to a variety of projects including internal performance improvement initiatives andcustomer-facing ad-hoc requests

Whatwerelooking for:

• You are currently pursuing aMasters degree inData Analytics Finance AnalyticsComputer Science Data Science Statistics or related field with graduation date in Winter 2026or Spring 2027

• You are excited about AI and enjoy getting into the details

• You have experience with SQL

• You have excellent problem solving analytical and communication skills
• You like to take an idea and run with it and can work with limited guidance when necessary
• Ability to work onsite in downtown Chicago two days per week as part of a hybrid schedule.

Estimated Salary Range: $25/hr
