ASML US brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster cheaper more energy-efficient microchips. We design develop integrate market and service these advanced machines which enable our customers - the worlds leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips which in turn leads to smaller more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven the Netherlands and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler Arizona San Jose and San Diego California Wilton Connecticut and Hillsboro Oregon.
To install leading edge lithographic systems at the customer site within specifications on time with quality exceeding the customers expectations.
The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation qualification repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customers within the specific region.
The System Integration Engineer is expected to calibrate and qualify the machine on site according to a pre-defined test-sequence similar to the tests that have previously been performed in Veldhoven. Work with co-workers and the customer in isolating and solving problems. Act as a resource for users on routine malfunctions. Perform administrative and coordination duties including pass-downs work orders field service reports system problem reports and monthly reports. Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis. Calibrate and qualify semiconductor lithographic capital equipment.

The Mechanical Install Engineer is expected to assemble and qualify the machine on site according to procedure in a pre-defined sequence.
Education and Experience
Preference BS degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.

This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.).
