Contract: Full Time Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Williams Lea seeks a Senior Creative Designer to join our team!

Purpose of role

We are looking for a Senior Designer who will be responsible to support the execution and implementation of print and digital projects.

The main objective of this role is to implement and maintain a new visual identity system that includes digital design social media contents data visualisation marketing material and print design. This means understanding and implementing consistent cross-media design principles and production processes to ensure that the design system is solid and well-thought through.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate design projects for both digital and print working with other team members to ensure this happens in the most effective manner
• Ensure designs are fit for purpose and feeding back to wider team ahead of deadlines
• Ensure consistent brand outputs across all touch-points
• Own templates considering best practice for digital and print

Personal attributes

• An experienced Graphic Designer with a well-rounded understanding of design and branding both on and offline
• Able to work independently prioritise accordingly and iterate quickly
• Ideally you will have worked within an agency as well as internally with an understanding of both operations
• You will have a creative flair an exceptional eye for quality and detail and an aptitude for creative thinking
• You will be knowledge in Design and an understanding of competitors emerging trends and technologies to share with the team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
