At our Berlin site our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing you will support the production of optical components assemblies and systems made of glass glass ceramics and ceramics for our hightech small series singleitem and prototype production.
As a Working Student in the Mirror Block Service Department you will:
Handle tasks in production control and planning.
Independently plan and implement small lean projects together with the production team.
Independently analyze SAP data (e.g. lead times).
Support the optimization of logistical processes.
Create presentations independently and contribute to projects focusing on technical optimization.
Work on mini-projects particularly in the area of surveys.
Your qualifications and competencies
You are studying Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
You enjoy hands-on work.
Ideally you are already in your Masters program / at the end of your Bachelors.
You have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
You have experience / internships in manufacturing companies.
You speak fluent German and have good English skills.

An unserem Standort in Berlin fertigen unsere Mitarbeitenden Schlüsselkomponenten für die ASML Lithografiesysteme. Als Teil unserer Präzisionsfertigung unterstützt du bei der Produktion optischer Komponenten Baugruppen sowie Systeme aus Glas Glaskeramik und Keramik für unsere High-Tech-Kleinserien Einzelteil- und Prototypenfertigung.
Als Werkstudent:in in der Serviceabteilung Mirror Block wirst du:
Aufgaben in der Fertigungssteuerung und -planung betreuen.
kleineLean-Projekte gemeinsam mit der Fertigung eigenständig planen und umsetzen.
SAP Daten (bspw. Durchlaufzeiten) selbstständig auswerten.
bei der Optimierung von logistischen Abläufen unterstützen.
Präsentationen selbstständig erstellen und in Projekten zur technischen Optimierung mitarbeiten.
an Mini-Projekten insbesondere im Bereich Umfragen mitarbeiten.
Deine Qualifikation und Kompetenzen
Du studierst im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieur oder Maschinenbau.
Du hast Freude an praktischer Arbeit.
Du bist gern schon im Masterstudium / Ende Bachelor.
Du verfügst über erweiterte Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen.
Du hast Erfahrungen / Praktika in produzierenden Unternehmen.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
