We are seeking a skilled and proactive Global Archer Services Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the effective use of the Archer platform across the organization. As an Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing and approving access requests providing user support and performing key functions to maintain data integrity and facilitate efficient operations within the Archer platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Access Management: Review and approve Archer Access Requests to ensure appropriate user access and security.
End-User Support: Provide general support to end-users for Archer-related inquiries acting as a primary point of contact.
Super-User Functions: Function as a Super-User in Archer executing requests such as record revisions or deletions based on end-user needs.
Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintain reports and dashboards within Archer to provide actionable insights and facilitate decision-making.
Data Analysis and Integrity: Conduct data analysis on Archer data collaborating with key stakeholders to clean up inaccurate and missing data.
Data Integrity Sessions: Lead monthly data integrity sessions with stakeholders to address data inaccuracies record maintenance and upcoming deadlines.
Audit Exam Support: Assist in Audit Exam preparation by compiling necessary reports in Archer.
Process Documentation: Develop and enhance process guides for new Archer applications or improvements made to existing applications.
Record Writing Support: Assist the 1st line with writing records such as Risks Controls Issues and Reportable Events.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT on new Archer applications or enhancements ensuring functionality and user requirements are met.
Business Hierarchy Maintenance: Manage the Archer business hierarchy in relation to the Org Structure and make changes as requests come in following the established process.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Application Support preferably with Archer or another GRC tool.
3 years of experience in Risk Management with a strong understanding of writing Risks and Controls.
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience in writing process guides and documentation.
Knowledge of Access Security/Access Management practices.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent user support and solutions.
