We are looking for a Web Team Lead to own the day-to-day execution and technical leadership of our web this role you will lead a group of web engineers own delivery for your pods and ensure our web experiences are fast reliable accessible and aligned with broader platform standards.
This role is hands on and technical. You will serve as the primary technical leader for multiple development pods coordinating work unblocking engineers and partnering closely with product design backend CMS streaming and QA teams.
In addition to hands-on technical leadership this role plays a key part in driving sprint execution enforcing release readiness and ensuring delivery stays aligned with broader platform priorities. You will help ensure work is well planned dependencies are understood and teams consistently deliver high-quality production-ready code every sprint.
This is a hybrid position based in Knoxville TN with regular in-person collaboration across engineering and product teams.
