DescriptionAs a Sales Tools Specialist you will play a pivotal role in managing our Salesforce platform and related applications to drive sales growth and increase productivity. This maternity cover position requires a hands-on approach to process optimization and stakeholder management within a multicultural environment. You will collaborate closely with your team colleagues IT and cross-functional teams to ensure global standardization and alignment of sales processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily managethe Salesforce platform and related applications to enable sales growth and increase productivity.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce-related tasks and projects. With emphasis on user training and facilitation of user-focused whats-in-it for-me communication.
- Ensure global standardization and out-of-box solutions for sales applications and processes.
- Facilitate cross-company process and tools alignment.
- Collaborate with IT in an agile setting to implement scalable solutions.
Your Profile
Professional Qualifications
Expertise in the native ecosystem with a track record of leveraging best practices and out-of-the-box with experience in Service- and Sales Cloud and Quoting
- Experience in stakeholder management and navigating different cultures and organizational structures.
- Solid understanding of sales mechanisms and ability to translate process understanding into tools and system requirements.
- Experience working closely with IT in an agile setting.
- Proven track record of participating in large projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Proficiency in written and oral English.
- Can-do attitude with a strong drive to succeed as part of a team.
- Accountable and deadline-oriented with respect for people dynamics empathy and humor.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous hands-on experience in the ecosystem.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to develop skills.
