About WBBJ:
WBBJ-TV is the local ABC CBS and ME TV station for West Tennessee. The Station is the number one source for news weather and sports within our coverage area. Job Summary/Description:
This role includes anchoring weekend morning weathercasts and reporting weather/feature stories during the week. Youll work alongside experienced meteorologists contribute to severe weather coverage and engage viewers through social mediaespecially during major weather events.
A person will co-anchor and handle weather for our Weekend AM newscasts. They will also fill in for other Meteorologists when needed throughout the addition they will act as an MMJ covering feature stories weather/farm-related ones as well as other potential franchise segments.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Ideal candidates hold (or are pursuing) a degree in meteorology or a related science demonstrate strong onâair potential and have a passion for telling impactful local weather stories.
