What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure accurate and timely production
- Adjust controls to maintain product quality and meet specifications
- Perform routine inspections housekeeping and basic maintenance on plant systems
- Communicate with drivers and team members to support efficient workflow
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and make sound safety-focused decisions
- Comfort working in fast-paced and variable outdoor environments
- Reliable communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to following operational and safety protocols
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $61.93 to $61.93 per hour
- Benefits through the Union for Medical Dental Vision and Pension
- Time off including vacation sick leave and holidays is governed exclusively by the collective bargaining agreement
