The Johnson & Johnson Global Treasury Services Center (GTSC) is a division of J.C. General Services BV. Together with J&J Corporate the GTSC fulfills the role of in-house bank and is responsible for the financing as well as the cash and risk management of the J&J affiliates. The GTSC is also responsible for the settlements on behalf of the J&J affiliates worldwide. OUR TEAM
The Risk Control and Compliance Group is a key player and shares responsibilities in the operational excellence of Treasury. It is related to all treasury processes and projects including:
Controlling authorising and settling financial transactions
Maintaining the user access to all Treasury applications
Business partnering across the international treasury organisation.
Identifying continuous improvements and challenging the status quo
Supporting global cash visibility for all affiliates in the different regions (EMEA ASPAC US LATAM)
Financial reporting by collecting and validating data from other teams and regions
Act as key stakeholder in Treasury projects
Providing process and system expertise in relation to the execution of complex transactions and settlements worldwide (i.e. acquisitions)
You will be business partnering with multiple stakeholders daily including:
External banks
J&J affiliates worldwide
External and internal audit
Currency exposure investments accounting and cash management teams

What you need to succeed:
You hold a Masters degree in Economics (Master of Applied Economics Business Engineer Business Administration ) or equivalent.
You are a recent graduate with less than 2 years of working experience.
You are a team player and have a global mindset.
You easily connect with both internal and external business partners.
You are accurate and have strong analytical skills.
You are flexible eager to learn highly motivated hands-on and stress resistant.
You are passionate about taking ownership and advancing issues and questions towards resolution.
You can express yourself fluently in English.
