$25.00-$27.00/hour1st ShiftContractPosition OverviewThis role primarily focuses on CRM data integrity and lead-to-contact conversion ensuring inbound leads are accurately converted associated to the correct accounts and enriched with clean standardized data. The individual will spend most of their time working directly in Salesforce to transform leads into usable contacts resolve data quality issues and strengthen account foundations.Secondarily this role supports Contact Development activities by helping build buying-group intelligence and validating key stakeholders contributing to higher-quality opportunities and smoother downstream sales engagement.Primary Responsibilities- CRM Data Integrity & Lead Conversion
- Convert inbound leads into contacts within Salesforce ensuring proper account association.
- Validate and standardize contact data (name title company email geography etc.).
- Resolve duplicates incomplete records and mismatched accounts.
- Apply required fields and attributes to support segmentation routing and reporting.
- Maintain clean CRM foundations by following defined data quality standards.
- Track completed conversions and updates to support operational reporting.
Secondary Responsibilities (CDR Support)- Contact Discovery & Validation
- Research and validate additional contacts related to existing opportunities or buying groups.
- Use web research contact databases and social platforms to enrich records as needed.
- Account & Buying Group Intelligence.
- Assist in identifying additional stakeholders and mapping basic buying-group structures.
- Support account enrichment efforts when gaps are identified.
- Collaboration & Process Support.
- Partner with CDRs RDRs and Sales to ensure clean handoffs.
- Support SLA adherence by prioritizing timely lead conversions and data updates.
- Follow established demand development workflows and documentation standards.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 13 years experience in operations CRM support sales support marketing operations or data-related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining accuracy at volume.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a quality-first mindset.
Key Skills & Abilities- High accuracy and consistency in data entry and validation.
- Comfortable working in Salesforce and related tools.
- Process-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Investigative mindset when resolving data issues.
