Responsibilities
- Greeting customers to our dealership.
- Answering incoming calls. Organize and input paperwork for management.
- Assisting our service customers at checkout.
- Managing loaner and rental schedule.
- Make sure waiting room and reception area are presentable.
- Fill the snack bar and clean the coffee machine.
- Make monthly employee schedules for time off.
Full time position. Monday 7:30-4 Wednesday 7:30-4 Thursday 7:30-4 ; Friday 7:30-5; Sat 7:30-5; OFF Tuesday - 1 hour lunch
Drug screen required.
Qualifications
- Team Player.
- Organized and structured.
- Intermediate Word EXCEL and data entry.
- Professional appearance
- Professional attitude and pleasant voice
- Attentive listening and phone skills
- Detail-oriented
- Adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary
- Strong communication skills.
Pay range $18-$20 per hour depending on experience.
