Job Summary
Leo is Amazons low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Leo Devices & Systems Infrastructure team is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer/Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for the configuration development and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform ensuring that it meets the needs of our business while delivering a smooth high-quality user experience. As a ServiceNow Administrator youll manage and configure modules implement workflows and provide technical support playing a key role in driving process automation and enhancing service delivery across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
* Architecture - Knowledgeable of ServiceNows core capabilities extensibility and best practices when designing solutions for business customers.
* Administration Experience upgrading configuring and maintaining ServiceNows core modules workflows and integrations with minimal disruption to business customers.
* Support - Troubleshoot and resolve user and service issues along with optimizing performance of ServiceNow integrations and customization.
* Customizing - Create and modify forms fields and UI elements using JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting to meet business requirements.
* Workflow and Integrations - Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs MID Servers and third-party tools.
* Middle-ware and ETL architecture and development - Design develop and deploy resources for interfacing ServiceNow with other systems.
* Reporting and Analytics - Create and maintain dashboards reports and data analytics tools to improve decision-making and service delivery.

Leo Devices & Systems Infrastructure is looking for experienced and dedicated team members to help manage the administration maintenance and development of the ServiceNow platform for the organization along with other team services and its respective infrastructure. The ideal candidate is innovative and has great problem-solving skills. You must be very comfortable working on core application administration creating workflows data management scripting and process automation. You will need to work with non-technical and technical teams to translate business cases to scalable solutions for multiple teams.

- Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Management Information Systems or other related discipline
- Experience working with customers technical teams and management to collect requirements describe software product features and technical designs
- 3 years of database administration experience
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- 3 years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as a administrator developer and/or comparable role.
- 3 years experience customizing ServiceNow visual interfaces with HTML CSS and Javascript.
- 1 years with scripting automation for administration configuration and data processing using Python Javascript Shell or other contemporary scripting runtimes.
- 1 years experience with systems automation and orchestration such as Ansible Terraform Chef Puppet CloudFormation CDK etc.
- 1 years ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs MID Servers Integration Hub and third-party tools
- 1 years computer networking operating systems storage virtualization and server operations
- Experience building services using AWS products
- Experience utilizing AWS cloud solutions in a DevOps environment
- Other experience with developing and managing software services on major cloud service providers (e.g. GCP Azure Alibaba Oracle etc.).
- Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management - Service Mapping - Discovery and/or - Risk and Compliance.
- On-premise infrastructure experience including hyper-converged and enabling/associated technologies such as virtualization networking and storage engineering and management.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
