JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a friendly hard-working and enthusiastic person to work in our ice cream parlor this summer. You will be part of a team responsible for a variety of tasks including taking orders preparing treats and maintaining the cleanliness of the parlor. A friendly demeanor attention to detail and willingness to work with people of all ages is essential to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

The best applicants will have:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Excellent customer service skills and highly enthusiastic
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment
Possess a high level of leadership qualities

SCHEDULING & PAY

This is a part-time seasonal position which will begin in May (weekends only). Beginning in mid-June the ice cream parlor will be open every day through July. Additional work opportunities are also available. The number of hours per week will vary based on season and business need. The target hiring range is $15.00/hour depending on qualifications.
