As aManageryoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
Lead client interactions to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
Build andmaintainstrong long-lasting relationships with clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives providing guidance and recommendations throughstrong communication.
Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
Initiate and lead open conversations with teamsclientsand stakeholders to build trust.
Project Leadership and Delivery
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Develop project plans define projectobjectives and manage resources effectively.
Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards.
Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
Strategic Analysis and Problem Solving
Conduct comprehensive industry and market analyses toinformstrategic recommendations.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights.
Analyze data toidentifytrends risks and opportunities for clients.
Develop actionable strategies and present findings to clients in a clear concise manner being able to connect dots across workstreams projects and programs.
Utilize firstprinciplesthinking and develop credible and pragmatic analytical approachesframeworksand methodologies.
Team Management and Development
Manage mentor and develop a team of associates fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide regular feedback conduct performance evaluations andidentifyprofessional development opportunities.
Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Encourage everyone to have a voice and inviteopinionfrom all.
Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
Business Development and Thought Leadership
Contribute to the growth of the firm byidentifyingnew business opportunities.
Support partners in client account management andparticipatein proposal development perspectivedevelopmentand thought leadership publications.
Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with both internal teams and clients.
Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
Experiences and Skills Youll Use to Solve
The successful candidate isaprofessionalateithera consulting firm a large-scale asset manager private equity firm pension fund orlargecorporation with a minimum of 6 years of experience.Previousexperiences are likely to include:
Helping companies define and evaluate corporate and business unit strategies and investmentportfolios.
Reflecting market competitive and other external drivers with specific areas of focus including Corporate Strategy Business Strategy Deals Strategy and DigitalStrategy.
Managing teams / multiple work streams toestablishsuccessful project conclusion - i.e. delivery of quality work on time and withinbudget.
Building productive relationships with team members and clients both long term and day-to-day by using a collaborative approach with thorough listening skills and the ability to manage throughinfluence.
Utilizing firstprinciplesthinking and developing credible and pragmatic analytical approachesframeworksandmethodologies.
Analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative data in an efficient manner and synthesizing the output into meaningful and actionableinsights.
Communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats to senior audiences and being able to deliver difficult messages with persuasiveness andsensitivity.
Supportingand orleadingexecutivediscussions through meetingsworkshopsand working sessions.
Identifyingand pursuing new business opportunities and leading client / marketdevelopment.
Attractingretainingassessingand developing staff / teammembers.
Demonstrating flexibility and creativity in managing work-life balance of self and teammembers.
Demonstrating Power User ability with MS Office suite of applications including WordPowerPointand Excel; andin a variety of AI tools.
Willing to travel occasionally throughout Canada with the potential to travel outside of Canada depending on client requirements.

The salary range for this position is $112400 - $162400.The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range forPwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary isdeterminedby your skills experiencequalificationsand work location.In addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities toparticipatein variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.During the hiring process our Talent Acquisition team will provide details about our comprehensive total rewards package.
