Reporting to the Manager Client Concierge Services the Client Experience and Events Coordinator will be responsible for reception tasks badge preparation switchboard management and all other operational tasks. This role will also provide added coverage and support for the evening staff.
The hours for this position are: 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Major Responsibilities
- Attends operational meetings to determine event needs for reception team
- Responsible for managing the front of the house such as setting up for nametags managing coat check drop offs and escorting individuals for evening events
- Floor coordination/point person during events to ensure all is running smooth
- Oversee elevator requests and security guard oversight
- Responsible for post event reporting
- Checking room set ups for following day room/event set ups
- Venue research and proposal preparation for off-site events
- Coordinate and prepare the arrivals and departures list and set up users on various templates and communication groups (SharePoint MCDM uber ritual crave)
- Coordination of affiliate group members (managing expectations sending housekeeping rules)
Position Requirements
Education and Experience
This position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a client service or in an equivalent position. Previous experience working in Hospitality Services and demonstrated experience with automated booking systems is preferred. An equivalent combination of education training and experience may be acceptable.
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at all levels within the Firm
- Sound problem solving skills
- Knowledge of I.S. Food and Beverage and Premises operations and the services they are able to provide
- Knowledge of computer applications such as EMS EMS Web App (eBookings) Sharepoint Social Tables and Outlook
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
Compensation
Theârange of expected compensation for this position is $50000 - $60000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job-related knowledge education skills and experience.
