This role drives enterprise-wide initiatives that align with organizational strategy enhance caregiver engagement and position the organization as a leader in inclusive workplace practices.

Qualifications
Experience in employee support inclusion program management or related strategic roles.
Ability to demonstrate leadership in complex environments and drive organizational changes.
Strong organizational analytical and communication skills (written and/or verbal).
Commitment to creating equitable opportunities for all employees including those with disabilities.
Experience or ability to build and manage external partnerships
