This position presents a unique opportunity to help develop the Litigation Department for the premier firm in the growing cannabis psychedelics and emerging therapies industries. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal issues in a fast-paced environment collaborating with a team of dedicated legal professionals across the country.
The ideal Litigation Associate candidate will have at least 6 years of civil litigation experience preferably representing businesses and other corporate entities in state and federal courts arbitration and administrative appeals. Additionally experience with commercial litigation defense-side product liability litigation or California bar membership is a plus.
