We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be part of our Channel Success - CARE team. The Milestone CARE product is a complete suite of operational maintenance and support services for organizations using the Milestone surveillance products. You will get to work with a team of professionals all eager to work in the commercial space and driven towards achieving their goals. You will learn the basics of client communication how to close deals generate revenue and contribute to the teams overall success. This initial learning phase is crucial for building a strong foundation for developing further into commercial roles either in sales or other departments within the organization. This role is hybrid in our beautiful Lake Oswego Oregon location open to remote in the US.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Proactivelymanage a pipeline of CARE renewals for an assigned territory/account base including among others lead generating activities
  • Providing customers timely and accurate solutions regarding Milestones CARE products.
  • Meeting your revenue targets
  • Provide sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners. This includes guidance on Milestones products licensing questions pricing and assisting customers on a variety of issues.
  • Ensure a high level of data quality.
  • Track progress and document the results in Salesforce.

    What youll do on a day-to-day basis:

  • Contacting resellers & up and cross sell our CARE renewals via outbound phone calls email or virtual will not be selling directly to end customers.
  • Working strategically and proactively with field sales teams resellers and other internal teams to maximize revenue and ensuring the renewal of our CARE accounts
  • Identify training opportunities and hand off escalations to the appropriate sales team
  • Ensuring a high level of data quality in our CRM system
  • Conduct daily phone calls

What we imagine the ideal candidate profile to look like:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivilent work experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years sales experience and if you have experience with outbound phone calls it is an additional advantage.
  • Previous experience with video analytics and/or VMS preferred.
  • Experience with SalesForce is an advantage.

The annual OTE (on-target-earnings) for this position ranges from $90000 t0 $110000. Pay is based on the level location complexity responsibility and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestones total compensation package. Additionally we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits FSA or HSA 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match paid paternal leave generous PTO (20 days vacation 10 days paid sick time 11 company holidays and 3 floating holidays) fully paid Short Term and Long Term disability policies and Life Insurance.

All employees must compete a background check. Employees in fiscal roles are also required to undergo a credit check. All information obtained during these checks is handled confidentially and shared only wit authorized personnel.
