At Chick-fil-A the Team Member role is more than just a job; its an addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type:
- AM/PM Part-time (Shifts from 11 am - 3 pm and/or 5 pm - 8/9 pm)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Share a Smile Create Eye Contact Speak with a Friendly tone and always say My Pleasure
- Greet guests entering the restaurant using a warm welcome
- Offer a fond farewell to guests leaving the restaurant
- Hold doors and escort guests with umbrellas to and from the restaurant as needed
- Frequently perform table-touches to dine in guests
- Utilize HEARD model to address issues/concerns the guests may have
- Anticipate the guests needs (beverage refreshes offering condiments etc.)
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Maintain Honor Dignity and Respect and adhere to the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Brookfield
- Multitask quickly yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented adaptable dependable with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests leadership and co-workers
- Must always adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Complete duties as assigned by leadership
