TheHead of Biopharma Solutionsis responsibleforleading a global engineering team of hardwaresystemsand scientiststo deliver innovativecompliantand scalable solutions that accelerate scientific discovery and transform patient outcomes worldwide.Work alongsideproductmanagement team to drive technology and portfolio strategy across biopharma solutions.
This positionreports to theVP of Research and Developmentandis part of theGlobal Research and Development departmentwillbelocated inLoveland Coloradoand willbeanon-siterole.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Define andexecuteonlong-termstrategyaligned withcorporateobjectivesand R&D priorities
Product innovation throughadoptionof modern architecturesandemerging technologies to accelerate life sciences solutions
Build lead and mentor a diverse high-performing engineering organization across multiple geographies
Oversee end-to-endproductdevelopment lifecycle ensuring quality scalabilityand compliance with industry standards
Partner withcross-functional teams in software product managementoperations and regulatory teams to deliver integrated solutions
Governance & Compliance -Establishrobust processes forhardware developmentand regulatory compliance in all products
Build a culture of innovation accountability and continuous learningwithin a team
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelorsor Masters degree in hardwareengineering(mechanicalelectricalor related field)and15years experience
6years experiencein a global leadership role
Experiencein modular hardware design embedded systems and electromechanical integrationto deliver complex life science products
Working knowledge of Quality and Regulatory experience
Ability to leadeffectivelyacross multiple hardware disciplines including mechanical electricalas well as the development science team
Working knowledge ofhighly regulatedquality management systemsinternational compliance standards including medical device standardssuch as ISO 13485
Cross-functional leadershipand adaptive communication adjusting depth and detail depending ontargetaudience (from engineers to seniorexecutives)
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 30%both domestically and internationally
It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:
Experience in life science instrumentation; preferably in separations cell health and/or particle characterization
Experience in biology biotechnology and/orbioengineering
Customer insightsand havea strong desireto interact with customers

Theannualsalary rangefor this role is$200000 - $262000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offercomprehensivepackage of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
