As a Digital Customer Experience & AI Product Manager within our Trade & Working Capital team you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the product roadmap for digital customer experience and AI initiatives.
- Prioritize features and deliver digital and AI-powered products to address business challenges.
- Drive delivery of customer experience platforms and data analytics solutions using AI and LLMs.
- Partner with engineering data science design and user research to develop digital and AI applications.
- Ensure customer-centric product development for intuitive and impactful experiences.
- Leverage data insights and metrics to support backlog prioritization.
- Champion adoption of firm-wide AI and digital platforms for lifecycle management and engagement.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory security and governance standards.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Evangelize AI data analytics and digital innovation across Trade & Working Capital.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity and digital transformation.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills :
- Hold a bachelors degree or equivalent experience of at least 10 years in business technology or related field.
- Demonstrate experience in product management for digital customer experience data analytics AI or ML products.
- Show strong understanding of digital platforms customer experience design and AI/LLM technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for digital products and AI in finance.
- Exhibit leadership project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Drive digital and AI adoption to enhance customer experience in large regulated enterprises.
- Recognized as a thought leader in a related field.
- Apply data governance frameworks to product development.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
