Position Overview

The Senior Learning Specialist (Enterprise Learning & Development) supports global onboarding and learning initiatives combining administrative excellence with analytical capabilities. This role collaborates across People & Culture Enterprise Learning & Development (ELD) and People & Purpose to deliver impactful learning experiences and drive continuous improvement. The Sr. Learning Specialist will engage with cross-functional teams and peers in the Global Operations team to deliver on shared goals. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset strong proficiency in LMS/HCM tooling and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with global and regional teams (P&C ELDPeople & Purpose etc.) to ensure alignment and effective delivery of L&D initiatives.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Learning Administration/Logistics/Reporting:Oversee alllogisticsfor learning sessions including schedulingcalendar invites participantcommunications in-personmeetinglogisticsand virtual session production (e.g. Zoom breakout rooms polls materials).

  • Monitor and support activities leading toaccuraterecords of training assignments completions and feedback

  • Analyzedata on existing Enterprise Learning and Development programs and support communicationsand follow up activities

  • Participate in L&D program budget planning andensuresprograms adhere to budgetary limits.

  • Draft program marketing and communication materials

  • Support Instructional Designers with program design

  • Supportproject management activities aroundkey programs and initiatives

  • Prepare reports on L&D programs measuring performance againstgoalsand recommending improvements as needed.

  • Administer assessments (e.g.DiSC LVI 360) digital badgingMenti and Culture Amppollsand other evaluation tools.

  • Support onboarding and learning program data requestsleveragingWorkday reporting toidentifytrends and opportunities for improvement

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience contributing to optimization of HCM processes.

  • Generate andmaintaininternal SOPsto support process documentation and potential compliance/auditneeds.

  • Collaborate with peersand P&C team memberson shared projects and stretch assignments.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Businessor related field.

  • 3 years of experience in Learning & Development onboarding or HR operations.

  • Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Workday Learning) virtual facilitation tools (e.g. Zoom) and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI).

  • Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global matrixed environment.

  • ProficiencyinCanvaMicrosoftOffice Suite; experiencewith Articulate Storyline 360 MS Plannerand digital badging platforms is a plus.

  • Experience in process improvement and problem solving within HR or shared services environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and present data trends using Excel and other tools.

  • Prior experience supporting global or multi-national environments preferred.

Other Requirements

  • May require up to20% travelto U.S. sites

  • May require occasionalschedule changesoutside standard business hours to support global programs.

  • Hybrid role withthe majority oftime spent working virtuallyand periodic days in the local Zelis office or traveling

  • Shift timings:8:30-5:00pm EST

Base Salary Range

$86000.00 - $109250.00

At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors including experience education qualifications as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package which may also include discretionary bonus plans commissions or other incentives depending on the role.
