Responsibilities- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as answering the telephone typing bookkeeping preparation of payroll correspondence filing requisition of supplies and other office services.
- Evaluates office production revises procedures or devises new means to improve efficiency of workflow.
- Reviews clerical records to insure completeness accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepares invoicing for mailing.
- Assists team in meeting Finance and Human Resources audit requirements.
- Monitors receivables and payables; reviews GL report and financials for Accounting.
- Process order entry and accounts payable coding controls purchase orders and their disbursement.
- Prepares daily bank deposit and controls general and administrative costs.
- Assists team in meeting all safety requirements.
- Requisitions office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications- 1-3 years experience in an office environment.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- College experience preferred.
