Designation - Finance - Executive

Location - Nashik

Job Purpose - Responsible for monthly closure of books of accounts financial planning forecasting and budgeting of the Pet Food vertical for both the locations.

Roles & Responsibilities: Monthly closing of books of accounts for the BU. Ensure adherence to all the statutory compliances. MIRO / Invoice processing for Raw Materials Capex Service MIRO etc. Review of all the trial balance GLs. Sales invoicing. Physical verification of Fixed Assets and Inventory at regular intervals. Ensure accuracy in accounting and having through knowledge on accounting processes in SAP. Making necessary provisions on every month end for the goods/services received. Tracking fixed expenses and reporting to the management for any variance against the budgets/AOP. Drive Automation and projects to improve the productivity of Finance function. Liasoning with Internal & External auditors without any adverse remarks. Timely review of Internal Financial control identify gaps and improve processes

Educational Qualification:B Com / M Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter

Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience

Skills: Working knowledge of SAP FICO module. Knowledge of Statutory compliances / Tax laws (TDS TCS GST PF PT ESIC etc.) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PPT etc.) Fluency in English & Hindi
