Corporate Civil Litigation Attorney

Location: Los Angeles or Orange County

The firm represents developers contractors and design professionals in complex litigation matters and provides associates with meaningful case responsibility and long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Draft and respond to written discovery including interrogatories requests for production and requests for admission
Manage complex discovery matters including evidentiary objections
Maintain proactive client communication throughout litigation
Provide timely and accurate reporting in compliance with client guidelines
Assist with case strategy motion practice and trial preparation

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing
2 years of civil or general litigation experience
Experience handling complex discovery matters
