Location:The Town of Cohasset is seekingan Assistant PlaygroundDirectorfor the Summer PlaygroundProgram withthe Recreation Department.This position reports to thePlayground Director& RecreationDirector.
Description ofresponsibilities:
The primary responsibility of all the staff is to supervise and lead children aged5-9throughplaygroundprogramactivities including games sports arts and crafts songs dance drama and field trips all while ensuring a safe and supervised environment.Additionalduties include supporting theRecreation/ Playgrounddirector and coordinatorsparticipatingin training sessionsmaintainingrecords such as weekly attendance and accident reports and ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility and grounds. Staff will also enforce Recreation Department rules and policies related to the program and deliver exceptional customer service to both patrons and fellow staff members.

Requirements:
CPR: All applicants must hold a current CPR certification. CPR classes will be provided to staff at no cost.
