Job Summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Neuroscience Digital Health & Data Science Intern to support the Neuroscience Data Science and Digital Health organization within the Digital and AI Measures team. This internship provides handson experience working with digital health technologies neuroscience data and analytics used in clinical and translational research.
The intern will support the evaluation integration and analysis of multimodal data sourcesincluding speechbased digital measures imagingderived features and clinical datasetswhile collaborating with crossfunctional data science clinical and biomarker teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support cleaning validation and exploratory analysis of digital health and neuroscience datasets
Assist with data cleaning and evaluation of speechbased and imagingderived digital measures used in clinical research
Contribute to development of analysis workflows and documentation under guidance of senior data scientists
Perform data quality checks and summarize findings through figures tables and presentations
Support literature review and benchmarking of digital health and AIenabled measurement approaches
Assist with documentation related to data handling and analytical processes and drafting the manuscript
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in Undergraduate or Graduate program in Bioengineering Neuroscience Computational Biology and Data Science Biomedical Engineering and Bioinformatics
Completion of at least two years of undergraduate study by internship start
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Experience programming in Python for data analysis
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with biomedical clinical or digital health datasets
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and basic statistical methods
Experience with additional tools such as R Power BI or data visualization libraries
Research or industry experience in neuroscience bioengineering or health technology
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a collaborative fastpaced environment

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$23.00/hr to $51.50/hrAdditional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidates program year discipline degree and/or -Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the -Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar -Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension).
