UHaul is seeking friendly energetic and motivated individuals for a dualrole position combining the responsibilities of UBox Customer Care Representative (CCR Local Delivery Driver) and UBox Warehouse Worker.
This role supports both our delivery operations and warehouse facility and comes with two distinct pay rates depending on the duties being performed.
Employees will clock in under each job code separately and will be paid according to the corresponding pay rate for that classification.

UBox Customer Care Representative (Local Delivery Driver)
CCR Responsibilities
- Operate a flatbed truck (training provided)
- Operate an 8000lb propane forklift or truckmounted forklift
- Load and unload storage containers for delivery
- Transport containers to and from customer homes and businesses (local only)
- Provide friendly courteous customer service
- Participate in ongoing training via UHaul University
CCR Minimum Requirements
- Clean motorvehicle record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- DOT certification
- CDL (Commercial Drivers License)
- Ability to meet physical demands (lifting 50 lbs indoor/outdoor work)
CCR Work Environment
Working around machinery moving parts fumes or chemicals. Protective gear may be required.
UBox Warehouse Worker
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Operate an 8000lb propane or truckmounted forklift (training provided)
- Load/unload storage containers onto truck beds at the facility
- Perform customerready inspections on UBox containers
- Assist customers including sales of support items
- Use online dispatch and rental systems
- Maintain a clean dry secure warehouse
- Complete documentation for container pickup/delivery
- Participate in ongoing education via UHaul University
Warehouse Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with good record
- Ability to work weekends
- Must follow all local state and federal driving regulations
- Ability to meet physical demands (lifting 50 lbs indoor/outdoor work)
Warehouse Work Environment
Similar moderaterisk environment with machinery fumes moving parts and protective gear as needed.
