The Market Research Specialist will be a key member in supporting market research initiatives to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a passion for uncovering insights be highly motivated and detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills. As a key member of the HQ marketing team the role will work closely with the Market Research Manager and cross-functional teams and be responsible for designing coordinating and conducting research projects and collecting analyzing and interpreting data related to market trends consumer behavior and competitor activities.
As a Market Research Specialist you will:
- Assist in the design and implementation of projects for existing and new markets;
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather relevant data and information;
- Prepare comprehensive reports showing findings in a clear concise way for key stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize research databases and libraries;
- Oversee internal processes and act as a facilitator eg. for contracts POs invoicing etc;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing activities and business objectives;
- Interact with market research partners reassuring quality control on deliverables calendar accuracy and effective cooperation;
- Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market developments;
- Stay updated on emerging market research tools techniques and best practices to enhance research capabilities and effectiveness.
What you will bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration Statistics Economics Human Sciences or a related field;
- Proven experience of at least 2 years of experience in market research and consumer insights preferably within a multinational company (not necessarily related to the industry);
- Excellent knowledge of market research principles techniques and best practices and experience and strong understanding of research methods including survey design sampling data analysis and statistical methods;
- Experience with primary and secondary research including both qualitative and quantitative and online research;
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality;
- Proactive self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Analytical and organizational skills a can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent command of the English language;
- Excellent command of Google Workspace.
