Location:Mercy Hospital St. Louis
Schedule:6:30 PM 7:00 AM Full-Time Rotating Weekends & Holidays
Training:Day shift training for the first 68 weeks

What Youll Do:
Monitor cardiac rhythms and alert clinical staff to changes
Review patient data to identify patterns and variances
Work closely with nurses and care teams to ensure patient safety
Be a calm focused presence during overnight hours
What Youll Need:
Education:High school diploma or GED
Training:Completion of a monitor tech courseorpassing score (85%) on our competency exam
Certification:CRAT certification within 1 year of hire
Skills:Strong attention to detail multitasking and quick decision-making under pressure
Experience:Healthcare experience is a plus but not requiredwell train you!
