Your Impact
- Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Committee aligning People & Culture strategies with business goals.
- Lead the People & Culture team fostering professional development and high performance.
- Drive talent management colleague engagement and succession planning initiatives.
- Champion positive labor relations proactively managing union interactions and colleague relations.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian and BC employment legislation policies and regulatory standards.
- Shape and promote Fairmonts Service and Brand Culture creating a workplace where people thrive.
Qualifications :
You Bring
- 710 years of senior People & Culture/HR experience with proven success in unionized settings.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and partner with executives across the business.
- Passion for developing culture engagement and programs that drive business results.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law BC employment standards and labor relations.
- University/College degree in HR Business or related field or equivalent experience.
