About the Role:
Education Coordinators are vital in ensuring that caregivers receive the necessary training and education to perform their jobs effectively and to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
What Youll Do:
- Create and update curriculum materials presentations and training manuals to ensure content remains relevant and up to date with best practices.
- Ensure all training programs meet regulatory requirements and standards.
- Deliver training sessions to ensure staff members receive necessary education.
- Partner with department leads to identify areas where staff members require additional training or professional development and develop plan to address the needs.
- Monitor performance of trainees and provide feedback and support to ensure success.
- Develop and administer orientation.
- Provide general administrative support including schedules. Distribute and collect monthly safety paperwork and ensure completion.
Qualification(s):
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualification(s):
Minimum ONE year experience in sterile processing highly preferred.
Certified Registered Central Service (CRCST) highly preferred.
