What youll do at Elekta
We are seeking a Business Operations Manager for our Business Line Neuro Solutions. This role will be driving productivity operational excellence and strategic alignment across the Neuro business line and other stakeholders. This position leads initiatives focused on efficiency standardization and commercial performance working closely with crossfunctional teams to support thelong-termsuccess of the role will be reporting to Head of Finance Neuro Solutions and the location will be in Stockholm city.
The responsibilities are
- Oversee day-to-day Commercial Operations to ensure efficient and streamlined processes.
- Analyze current processes and develop solutions that improve efficiency scalability and standardization
- Identifyoperational challenges within the commercial organization and providedatadrivenrecommendations for improvement.
- Prepare polished presentations andidentifykey takeaways.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Lead performance reporting dashboards and insights to support commercialdecisionmaking.
- Managecrossfunctionalprojects from planning through execution.
- Support leadership with strategic planning business reviews and operational insights.
Relevant knowledge skills and competencies:
- University degree in business finance orrelatedfield.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a Medtech or consulting firm or equivalent experience in Business operations Business Intelligence or Finance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills for senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in using business software and tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve business targets.
- Collaborative team player.
- High energy and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Proactive and solution oriented.
