We are seeking an experienced Email & Marketing Automation Associate to execute and manage high-volume email communications supporting North America Marketing across Intermediary Institutional and Private Wealth audiences. This role focuses on lifecycle and lead generation programs including newsletters one-off sends and drip/nurture journeys with a strong emphasis on audience targeting testing and performance optimization.
You will own day-to-day campaign production and deployment in a marketing automation platform (e.g. Eloqua) partnering closely with channel marketing digital marketing and other stakeholders to deliver timely accurate and compliant communications.
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management and Distribution
- Responsible for executing and managing email campaigns across lead generation and customer journey lifecycles for the North America Intermediary Institutional and Private wealth businesses.
- Manage planning execution and performance of all lifecycle emails including drip one-off and campaign emails to educate nurture and drive conversion.
- Collaborate across Global Marketing Initiatives and Sales teams to understand the customer journey and drive optimal touch strategy including audience segmentation messaging and cadence to improve conversion.
- Manage the email development process including ideation design campaign production A/B testing and analysis with help of offshore support. Drive best practices and learnings.
- Maintain and drive the request intake process audience selection criteria target segments omnichannel journey flows suppressions and templates across email platforms.
- Translate marketing-provided copy and creative into well-structured Eloqua emails including light-to-moderate HTML/CSS updates and dynamic assets as needed.
- Support email deployment for stakeholders in APAC (primarily Australia) and provide back up support for EMEA as needed.
Platform Improvement
- Be a subject matter expert and manage the Eloqua platform infrastructure including data hygiene email compliance data integrations forms etc.
- Proactively push new infrastructure enhancements with Marketing technology team such as new metadata fields enhanced unsub process data sync with CRM and other marketing enablement tools
- Manage vendor relations to ensure timely product updates/upgrades servicing support and no service disruptions.
- Manage day-to-day operations and prioritization for the offshore support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience in a fast-paced execution-focused environment.
- 2 years of experience using a marketing automation platform (Oracle Eloqua strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of CRM-enabled email marketing including audience targeting/segmentation suppressions and email deliverability best practices.
- Working knowledge of email-specific HTML/CSS including updating templates and supporting dynamic/personalized content.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requests with excellent prioritization attention to detail and end-to-end ownership.
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $80000-$100000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance retirement life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
