The firm represents developers contractors and design professionals in complex litigation matters and provides associates with meaningful case responsibility and long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of construction defect litigation from inception through resolution
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend court hearings and participate in site inspections
- Assist with mediation arbitration and case strategy
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 2 years with prior construction defect litigation experience
- Strong research writing and advocacy skills
