Responsibilities:
Operate the established portfolio governance framework including intake prioritization investment planning decision forums and escalation of cross-initiative dependencies and tradeoffs ensuring portfolio priorities and delivery decisionsremainaligned to enterprise businessobjectives regulatory commitments and strategic value drivers.
Own portfolio performance management including tracking and reporting KPIs such as delivery predictability budget adherence resource capacityutilization change trends ROI and value realization and translating portfolio data into clear executive-ready insights and recommendations to supporttimelydecision-making.
Ensure consistent application of project and program management disciplines across scope schedule financial planning risk issue and change management while reinforcing PMO standards reporting artifacts and performance benchmarks to improve delivery maturity and predictability.
Govern delivery execution by monitoring adherence to approved delivery plans integrated schedules QA/QC standards and vendor performance across initiatives and coaching delivery leads and project managers on execution discipline risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.
Provide end-to-end delivery governance across the implementation lifecycle from requirements and solution design through build testing go-livehypercare and project closure across waterfall agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Identifydeliverybottlenecks systemic risks and performance gaps and drive corrective actions in partnership with delivery technology and business leadersapplystructured riskassessmentsand change management principles asappropriate.
Partner with Change Management to integrate stakeholder impacts communications training change readiness adoption metrics and lessons learned into portfolio execution ensuring solutions achieve intended business outcomes and sustained adoption.
Support Digital/ITfinancial management including annual budgeting forecasting capitalization/OPEX tracking and portfolio-level variance management in partnership with Finance with an understanding of how investment decisions impact long-term financial performance.
Produceexecutive-ready portfolio insights and recommendations reinforcing a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on delivery health tradeoffs and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business engineering computer science ora relatedfield (or equivalent experience).
810 years of experience in project program or portfolio management within complex digital or technology environments.
Demonstrated experienceoperatingand governing enterprise PMO frameworks (not just standing them up).
Proven success managing cross-functional portfolios in matrixed regulated or asset-intensive organizations.
PMPPgMP PMI-ACPSAFe or equivalent certifications.
Strong portfolio governance and performance management capability.
Financial acumen (budgeting forecasting capitalization variance management)
Executive communication and decision-support skills.
Ability to influence without authority and drive disciplined execution.
Strong facilitation problem-solving and operational leadership skills.
Resilience and adaptability in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
