Job Summary

POSITION NOTICE

Position: Mathematics Instructor (Full-Time) for the 2026-2027 School Year

Certification/Qualifications: The successful candidate shall demonstrate strong organizational communication human relations classroom management team public relations/community and instructional skills. Applicants should have a sincere interest in and a commitment to work with students parents staff businesses community organizations and associate district schools. The instructor will teach various levels of Mathematics classes correlated with vocational programs.

A Mathematics Grades 7-12 certificate or Integrated Mathematics license is required. Candidates with Math certification/licensure and a Comprehensive Math Grades 7-12 certificate preferred.

Duties: The Mathematics Instructor will work closely with career-technical instructors to develop and implement various levels of Mathematics (Algebra I Algebra II Geometry Calculus etc.) correlated and leveled based upon the students Mathematics background in coordination with career-technical programs for juniors and/or seniors. The instructor will plan direct and evaluate working with other district Mathematics Instructors the Mathematics curricula and the needs of the students in the specific career-technical programs. The Mathematics courses of study have been designed developed and written in coordination with the Tri-County Educational Service Center and the needs of the districts career-technical curricula.

Contract: 2026-2027 full-time contract - 183 contracted days. Contract to begin Thursday August 13 2026.

Salary: Appropriate placement on 2026-2027 teachers salary schedule based on certification education/degree and experience.
