The Gaming & Rewards team owns the platforms and experiences that drive customer engagement through games incentives and loyalty mechanics. The Gaming & Rewards Product Specialist supports end-to-end product delivery ensures smooth operational execution of these features and owns the communication output across all customer-facing messages within the Gaming & Rewards domain.
As a Product Specialist in Gaming & Rewards you will:
- Conduct market research map competition and highlight best practices.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams ( Platform Customer Experience Gaming and others) to collect data and monitor key performance indicators.
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities promote product optimizations and support internal experimentation and CX activities (where applicable).
- Gather requirements for new markets and create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. Commercial Legal Finance etc) to ensure that the right product gets delivered at the agreed quality and time.

More specifically we are looking for a professional with:
- 2 years in a product role in a high-velocity high-growth product or business unit.
- Experience in the GameTech industry with hands-on exposure to comparable market products through ongoing benchmarking.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing various sources of data and writing product requirements.
- Well-versed in translating stakeholder requirements into executable products and working with a wide range of teams.
- Experience working closely with technology and design teams and good understanding of technologies used to drive the best product experiences.
- Strong attention to detail expert-level organization and communication skills.
