Position Details:
What Youll Do
- Conduct newborn hearing screening evaluations using established protocols
- Gather essential case history and patient information
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and healthcare professionals
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with nurses physicians and other care team members
- Uphold Mercys mission values and standards in every interaction
What Youll Bring
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Associates degree or equivalent college credit
- Experience: Prior patient care experience preferred
- Able to communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare professionals
- Comfortable interacting with the public and committed to providing exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree (healthcare-related fields preferred)
- Experience: Previous hearing testing experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
