The Opportunity
- Youll serve as the strategic leader for all medication safety activities working collaboratively across departments to develop and implement interdisciplinary error-prevention strategies.
- This role focuses on system design improvements that measurably reduce medication error risk while enhancing patient outcomes.
- Your expertise in reviewing medication-related safety events and adverse drug reactions will drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify educational opportunities for clinical teams.
- Youll be at the forefront of building a culture of safety while working with an organization recognized for excellence across multiple service lines.
What You Bring
- PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Active Oregon Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain)
- 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent residency training
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable system improvements
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence change across multiple disciplines
