What You Bring
- PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Active Oregon Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain)
- 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent residency training
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable system improvements
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence change across multiple disciplines
